Risks & Disclaimer

Ravcube Finance has several risks and you should be aware of each of them before investing. Our team is merely the deployer of smart contracts. We will always do our best to secure the interests and investments of the users in Ravcube ecosystem; however, "we are not responsible for any financial losses that users can experience". Some of the major risks are mentioned below, and we advice our users to learn about each of them before investing.

1- Smart contract risks Any on-chain protocol is subjected to risks regarding vulnerabilities in their smart contracts. Ravcube Finance is hard fork of Tomb Finance. Tomb finance has been functional over a year and they haven't experienced any critical issues. However, keep in mind that it does not mean that there wouldn't be any vulnerabilities in the future. The only exploit Tomb had so far was with their broken tax function. Thus, we have only fixed the tax function which was broken in Tomb's contracts. Although we have no plans to use the tax function, we didn't want to deploy a broken code.

2- Market Risks Tokens in Ravcube ecosystem are not collateralized. Thus, the price of Ravcube token can go below or above the peg of 1:1 depending on the actions of the users involved in Ravcube ecosystem. The algorithmic stable token model is designed to stop inflation and incentivize buy pressure when the peg is below, and rewards users with extra tokens when the peg is above, but it still depends on the users to make the protocol work. Always keep in mind that there is a risk of losing your investment due to market forces, and you should never keep your all eggs in one basket.

3- Third Party Risks Ravcube Finance is a protocol on Milkomeda Sidechain. If there are any vulnerabilities on Milkomeda, our protocol can also be negatively influenced by it.

Moreover, Ravcube finance is not a DEX; therefore, the tokens in our ecosystem requires a DEX to create liquidity. In other words, If the DEXs we collaborate with are exploited, our tokens can also be negatively influenced by this.
